To lock the door of the chalet, first push the door handle upwards. Then you can lock the door with the key as usual.

Our Sweet Home & Villa Marine Chalets are equipped with gas heating. Push the control down until the heating ignites and runs. Then you can set the temperature according to the desired level (1-10). You can see the flame through the small opening. Then adjust the fan to distribute the heat throughout the room.

Our Arcabo chalets are equipped with a comfortable gas central heating system, which can be operated by a thermostat. Simply set the desired temperature using the arrow keys and then turn on the radiator.

Select the control knob for the desired hob and set it to the Max. Press the control to release the gas. You can now ignite the gas flame. Press and hold the knob for 10 seconds after ignition. The flame then burns safely.

Your dogs are welcome in some of our chalets! At the reception you can get dog beds and food bowls, which we will gladly provide for the duration of your stay.

Please dispose of your garbage at the recycling station. This is located on the driveway to the square on the right in front of the barrier. The containers for the individual recyclables are clearly marked. Please think about the costs that will have to be passed on to you if the garbage is handed over unsorted. Bringing household waste or leaving bulky waste will result in being expelled from the site. There is no option for disposing of organic waste.

The allocated parking space is available to you from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, the accommodation including the sleeping beach chairs from 3:00 p.m. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you do not start dismantling the tent and caravan before 7:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please vacate the pitch by 12:00 p.m. and the accommodation by 11:00 a.m. Of course, you can also use our camping park until 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure by arrangement; we will then only charge you the parking space fees.

After successful online check-in with the correct license plate number, you can drive through the barrier to your parking space yourself from 13:00 to 21:00. Those arriving with booked accommodation (chalet/sheep's beach basket) will receive the key at reception between 15:00 and 18:00. If you arrive later, please contact us by phone or email.

Our modern swimming pond (see keyword: swimming pond ) is located on the left side of the site at the end of Carstens Weg. There is a beautiful swimming area with a small sandy beach right on the dike. Here you can also enjoy the day and, depending on the tide, swim in the North Sea in the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea. On a day trip to St. Peter-Ording you can swim on one of the largest sandy beaches in the North Sea. Trips to one of the North Frisian islands such as Sylt with its kilometers of sandy beaches and dune landscapes are possible. In Husum and St. Peter-Ording you will find public swimming pools in rainy or cold weather.

If you receive visitors, please register them at reception in advance. The fee is 4.00 euros per person per day or 2.00 euros per child/day. Guests are not allowed to bring dogs.

On the day of your departure you will find the outstanding amount in your self-service area (see keyword: self-service area ), which you can pay there directly via PayPal. It can be paid at reception with EC or credit card. You will find the corresponding final invoice in your self-service area after full payment.

When setting up vehicles and tents, a distance of 300cm must be maintained to ensure fire protection. The routes must be accessible to the fire brigade at all times (500 cm route width).

You are welcome to order your rolls in your self-service area (see keyword: self-service area ) a few days before your arrival. There you can view, change or add to your order at any time. Please pick up the rolls for the day from reception from 8:00 a.m.

Our fully equipped camper kitchen in the main house is available for our guests. Here you can cook together, eat together, be together and / or use the professional hood dishwasher (see keyword: hood dishwasher). We ask you to leave everything clean and complete so that the other guests can also enjoy it. Please use your own cloths, dishwashing brushes, dish towels etc. For hygienic reasons we cannot provide these.

Our chalets are designed and equipped for four people each. One bedroom is equipped with a bed measuring 140 x 200cm and the second with two beds measuring 70 x 190cm. All beds are made upon arrival. There is one large and one small towel per person. A basic supply of toilet paper, facial tissues, soap dispensers and a hairdryer are available. All chalets have a gas hob and a small fridge. There is also an oven in chalets M155, M160 and M164. You are welcome to use the ovens and the professional hooded dishwasher in the camper kitchen in the main house. The kitchen in the chalet is equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, kettle as well as cutlery, crockery and glasses for a maximum of 8 people, pots and various kitchen utensils. Dogs and other pets are only allowed in chalets M156, M164, M220 and M229.

We do not offer permanent or seasonal pitches. But since it is so beautiful here with us, you can visit us as a guest and book directly here.

The use of our sanitary facilities is included in the price. Nevertheless: water is precious! Use it sparingly.

Three days before arrival you will receive an email from us asking you to check in online before arrival. In addition to the link to the self-service area, this email also contains the link to the digital guest directory . Here you will find various important information, suggestions and ideas for shopping, sightseeing and leisure activities.

In our mini market at reception you will find some everyday items and delicious, partly regional products to satisfy your small hunger. You can find the nearest supermarket here: Nahkauf, Kuhgraesung 1, 25813 Husum (Rödemis) Edeka Clausen, Ostenfelder Straße 70, 25813 Husum (in the Dreimühlen shopping center) has even more selection to offer. In the Husum-Ost commercial area, which you can reach in a 20-minute drive via the B5 bypass, you will find Aldi, Lidl, Famila, Edeka, Obi and Hagebau. There is also an Edeka market in the Theo shopping center in Husum city center, Großstraße 15-17.

Two charging stations for our guests' electric cars are located in the cordoned off parking lot at the main building to the right in front of the barrier. Please contact reception if necessary.

Our employees are continually trained to provide first aid. Suitcases with first aid materials are located at reception, on the ground floor of the service building and at the swimming pool equipment shed.

Our fitness room is located on the left on the first floor of the service building. Children and young people under the age of 18 may only enter the room under the supervision and guidance of an adult accompanying them and may only train on suitable equipment. The door from the service building hallway to the fitness area must be kept closed. The use of the fitness room is the guest's own responsibility. There is no supervision or guidance from the operator. Before using the devices, they must be inspected for any obvious safety defects.

Please refer to the site plan for the locations of the fire extinguishers.

Please dispose of gray water in the drains provided on the left side of the main building, at the disposal station on the mobile home parking space or at the pillar of a booked comfort space. Allowing wastewater to seep away is not permitted. The CamperClean on the right side of the service building is the only place you can use to dispose of faeces. Use requires payment of 2.00 euros in coins. Please note that your cassette is automatically emptied, cleaned and filled with a biodegradable sanitary liquid in an environmentally and resource-friendly manner. No further steps are required on your part! If your cassette is not compatible with the CamperClean, please contact reception.

Grilling is generally permitted, but only in a designated grill. Campfires are permitted at the official campfire site. Further information is available at reception.

You can hire e-bikes and trekking bikes, children's bikes and bike trailers from us at reception. We are happy to recommend some bike tours via the "Outdooraktive" app

The ditches on the campsite are used for drainage. Especially after heavy rain, they can reach a depth of up to approx. 50cm. Never let small children play unsupervised. Older children should be made aware of the dangers posed by the larger outdoor ditches and ponds and encouraged not to play there.

In the camper kitchen in the main house there is a professional appliance for washing your dishes and cookware. The dishwasher takes some time to be ready for use. When the time comes, it will be displayed. Please place your dishes in the baskets provided and first rinse off any coarse dirt and food residue using the hand shower on the sink. Now open the hood, push the basket into the washing compartment and close the hood. The machine starts immediately. DANGER! Please do not add detergent under any circumstances. The machine has everything it needs. Depending on the program, the rinsing process takes a maximum of five minutes. The machine indicates when it is finished. Please only open the hood then. The dishes can be removed and returned to their place. DANGER! The machine must not be used to clean grill bowls, bicycle parts, etc.

Two socially acceptable dogs (excluding dangerous dogs within the meaning of Section 7 of the Schleswig-Holstein Dog Law) per pitch and in the chalets provided for this purpose are welcome on our campsite. Dear dog owners, please remember that there are many children and adults who are afraid of dogs. Please only keep your dog on a leash and do not let him run free, not even on your pitch. Dog fences may only be set up after consultation. If your dog does its business on the campsite, please remove it immediately. If you don't have a bag available, you can find it in the recycling area. Please be particularly considerate of children, for whom a dog can be very dangerous. Young people under the age of 18 are only permitted to stay if accompanied by a legal guardian.

An indoor toddler playroom is located in the main house next to the camper's kitchen, a table tennis table and table football are available in the tent, various outdoor play and climbing equipment, a soccer field and a volleyball field are available for use. We welcome children who make friends with other children and explore the area together on foot or by bike.

Please note the following information regarding serious emergencies: There is an SOS switch with a direct connection to the Cooperative Regional Control Center North of the emergency care service at the entrance to the reception. Out of consideration for our younger guests in particular, vehicles may only be driven on marked paths and only at a walking pace of 5 km per hour. Paths and access roads must be kept clear at all times. Please avoid unnecessary journeys by car. Only one motorized vehicle is permitted per parking space. Additional vehicles can only be accepted if they are registered and sufficient space is available. The parking lot costs €3.50/day. Delivery vans and trucks are only permitted by prior arrangement. Mopeds and scooters are not permitted on the site.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

The peace and quiet of our guests is particularly important to us. If you disturb the night's sleep, we will unfortunately be forced to expel you. The quiet times are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The rest times must be observed in the interest of all guests. Vehicle traffic on the site should be avoided during this time. You can make an emergency call using the emergency call button at reception. If there is an urgent reason to leave the site during the rest period, this is of course possible after consultation with the local campsite management or if there is imminent danger. To do this, please press the info button at reception or call 0162 / 1074303.

The sauna and steam bath with relaxation room and balcony are located on the second floor of the service building on the right-hand side. Children and young people under the age of 18 may only enter the rooms under the supervision and guidance of an accompanying adult. The door from the corridor of the service building to the wellness area must be kept closed. Use of the sauna and steam bath is the sole responsibility of the guest. There is no supervision or instruction by the operator. Guests are responsible for assessing their own abilities and state of health with regard to the use of the sauna and steam bath. A red call button for help in an emergency is located inside the sauna and steam room. It is not an emergency if the code for the lockers has been forgotten. In this case, please call 0162 / 1074303. There is no dress code. Sometimes parents with small children like to use the sauna to relax. It can then be difficult to reconcile their own need for rest with this. We ask for your understanding and patience. We ask parents to keep their children quiet. We ask that children are not left to play unsupervised in the showers during their visit to the sauna. On the one hand, the risk of accidents is high and on the other hand, the water consumption is immense.

The sleeping beach chairs can be used for the period from May 1st. until September 30th get booked. We ask that you arrive between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you arrive later, please call us on 0162/1074303. There is a space available for your car in the parking lot in front of the barrier for a fee of 3.50/day. The beach chairs are equipped with covered pillows and duvets as well as a lantern.

The special thing about our swimming pond is the water treatment. There are no chemicals or chlorine used because the water is treated in a natural way according to the latest standards. A balanced system with special gravel substrates, special plant filters and modern pump technology guarantees very good water quality with high hygienic standards. The natural swimming pond combines clear, clean water that doesn't sting your eyes with the comfort of a familiar swimming pool. If bathing water is not disinfected, an increased risk to human health from pathogens cannot be ruled out. This risk increases as bathing activity increases. The water depth in the swimmers' area is a maximum of 1.35 m and is 21 m long. This makes the pond also suitable for athletic swimmers. Bathing is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard. Children are only permitted to stay when accompanied by their parents. The entrance gate must be kept closed at all times to prevent children from being unsupervised.

Immediately after your booking you will receive an email from us with the reservation confirmation. This email contains the link to the self-service area. There you can manage your payments and order your fresh bread rolls for the first or all days of your vacation in good time before the start of your trip.

Water taps may not be changed for reasons of hygiene. The fittings must not be fitted with attachments. Disposing of wastewater at the water points is strictly prohibited. Violations can lead to expulsion.

For all bookings and all booking options, the following cancellation fees apply: Cancellations up to 43 days before arrival: Processing fee of 15.00 euros Cancellations 42 to 29 days before arrival: 25 percent of the confirmed total price, Cancellations 28 to 15 days before arrival: 50 percent of the confirmed total price, Cancellations 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80 percent of the confirmed total price, Cancellations 2 days before arrival up to the booked arrival date: 90 percent of the confirmed total price. The time of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by us is decisive for determining the time of the cancellation. You are at liberty to provide evidence that the claim did not arise, or did not arise in the required amount, e.g. as a result of full or partial re-letting of the property.

The washing machines and dryers are located on the left of the service building. The machines can be used either via the app: appwash from Miele. This requires downloading the app, registering and topping up credit. The availability of the devices can be checked in advance directly from the parking space. It is possible to book a machine at a specific desired time. Payment is made via the app and any unused credit will be refunded. Or the machine can be selected and booked directly at the terminal in the laundry room. Payment is made by debit/credit card as well as contactless via smartphone, smartwatch, etc.

Motorhomes are permitted on all pitches.

The motorhome port in front of the barrier is reserved for short vacationers with motorhomes for one or two nights. The parking spaces can also be accessed outside of the barrier opening times if you have booked online. The infrastructure of the entire square is available for you to use.

The tent meadow should be available in particular to guests traveling through with small 1-2 man tents. The size of the tent should not exceed approx. 10 square meters of floor space (corresponding to approx. 230cm x 430cm). Bicycles can be taken to the campsite. If you arrive by car, we ask you to book a parking space in front of the barrier (3.50 euros/day)

The erection of additional tents on a pitch is only possible by prior arrangement. Fire protection must always be guaranteed.
