Nordic walking, yoga and the sea

 

Exercise & relaxation with Kristina from Yogalounge Hygge!

In the 2025 season, we are offering our guests a very special activity program! Together with our partner Kristina from Yogalounge Hygge, we invite you to Nordic walking on the North Sea, yoga in our fitness room and aqua fitness in the swimming pond.

Whether it's gentle stretching in the morning, active exercise in the fresh North Sea air or a refreshing workout in the water - there's something for everyone! Look forward to relaxed and invigorating classes in unique surroundings.


Nordic walking / walking on the dyke

 

When: Thursdays weekly from April 10, 2025

How long: from 10:30, 60 minutes

Costs: 15,-€ 

 

Experience the North Sea actively! Join Kristina on a Nordic walking tour along the dyke - perfect for anyone who loves exercise and fresh air.

Meeting point: Terrace in front of the camper kitchen
Number of participants: Minimum 6 people
Equipment: poles are provided by Kristina

Yoga in the fitness room
 

When: Mondays weekly from April 7, 2025

How long: from 10:30, 60 minutes

Costs: 18,-€ 

 

Find your inner balance and start the day relaxed! Kristina invites you to a soothing yoga session in the fitness room on the 1st floor of the shower house. Whether you're a beginner or advanced - here you can switch off and recharge your batteries.

Location: Fitness room, 1st floor in the shower house
Number of participants: Minimum 6 people
Equipment: Will be provided

Aqua Fit in the swimming pond
 

When: Mondays weekly from May 26, 2025

How long: from 9:30, 45 minutes

Costs: 15,-€ 

 

Start the day refreshed and active with aqua fitness in the swimming pond! Under the guidance of Kristina, you will train in the water in a way that is easy on your joints - a perfect workout for strength, endurance and flexibility.

Location: Swimming pond
Number of participants: Minimum 6 people
Tip: Due to the water temperature, we recommend wearing a wetsuit. It's also worth bringing a cozy bathrobe and a pot of hot tea - for a cozy feeling after the workout.
